The Sisuwa Khola Hydroelectric Project is a Run-of-River (RoR) scheme located in Silichong Rural Municipality of Sankhuwasabha District, Koshi Province, Nepal. The headworks is located upstream of the confluence of Sisuwa and Niwa Khola, while the powerhouse is situated upstream of the Sisuwa–Sankhuwa confluence, allowing optimal use of the available topographical gradient.
